So I was strolling through Duane Reade this morning and I came across this photo in the greeting card aisle...
This was not a photo on one of the greeting cards but a photo Duane Reade put up alongside their "hey this is the greeting card aisle" sign.
It scared the shit out of me.
I clearly had to take a photo of it (well my girlfriend had to take a photo of it because my cellular device is the sad talentless middle child of the phone family). What the fuck is going on in this picture? It looks like a still from Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun" video. The make up on this taxidermied mother-daughter combo looks like it was done at a funeral home. I'm assuming they are mother and daughter but if they are, why are they laying this close to each other? Maybe they're dating and the one on the left is a lesbian cougar? I just don't know. This will haunt me forever.
My official Hypothesis: They were Incestuous Mother-Daughter lesbians who died while using cosmetics that were tainted with the Joker's special poison (Jack Nicky's Joker, not Heath's Joker). They were then preserved in the positions they died in and were touched up by Rico from Six Feet Under. John Waters then bought this specific Duane Reade in Harlem and put their picture in the greeting card aisle.
